Spend Easter at ROOT Bistro with a special menu and sushi highlights created for a relaxed spring evening.
We are serving a seasonal Easter menu, featuring dishes such as truffled mash with Frankfurt green herb sauce, veal loin with green asparagus and teriyaki, or a vegan beetroot dumpling alternative. To finish, a dessert of chocolate, banana and passion fruit.
From 6 pm, our sushi team presents a 25-piece sushi selection, including asparagus tempura rolls, California rolls with black tiger prawn and yuzu kosho, ROOT futomaki with tuna, salmon and shiitake, as well as eel and salmon nigiri.
Three days, seasonal dishes and fresh sushi – Easter done the ROOT way.
